Originally established as Anukul Construction in 1998 under the leadership of Mr. Prabhakar Mahajan, the company transformed in 2010, becoming Shree Anukul India Pvt Ltd and subsequently adopting its current name, Shree Anukul Infra Ltd.
Company got its first tender from MIDC for constructing boundary wall with UCR Masonry at Thane complex water supply scheme work done amount was Rs. 2,62,119/- From there onwards the company never looked back and got numerous tenders from various government organizations like MIDC, STEM, TMC, etc and successfully completed them under the able leadership of the Shri. Prabhakar Mahajan. The company carried out various specialized works in the field of water supply schemes, some jackwells, some overhead tanks, sewerage works, MS Pipeline, and DI pipeline involving its supply and laying and also included supply and installation of various type valves, MS specials, expansion joints, concerting works.
Oct 2010: Company ownership pattern was changed from proprietorship to private limited. Anukul Construction Co. was rechristened as Shree Anukul Industries Private Limited. After its formation, Shree Anukul Industries Private Limited individually and its partnership with other companies in JV (Joint Venture) Forms bagged and new projects of bigger size successfully executed them some of the projects are mentioned:
In 2014– We got tender of Raising Height of Barvi dam. Construction of overflow section of Barvi dam which was successfully completed by us in 2016.
In 2018– we got our first tender in Central Railway which of hydraulic bridge and also the largest tender completed by us of 22 Cr. And because of this work are now a major player in Central Railway.
In 2021 – We got tender of extending a bridge in mula River, Pune. This work will be game changer for us. Afetr
In 2021 – We got 3 more bridge work. Two in Bhusawal division and one CSTM division.
In 2023 – We got another bridge work in joint venture of 25 Cr which was again in Bhusawal division.
In 2023 – We bid for 100Cr Bridge work in Joint Venture with Eagle Infra India Ltd for central railways but unfortunately we were not the lowest bidder.
Above mention project whereof highly specialized nature and require critical expertise for work completion. The concerned government department appreciated us for successfully completing above above-mentioned specialized works. Presently the company is executing project work around Rs 100 Cr. and intends to increase it to 1000 Cr. Within 3 years. To achieve this the company will be bidding for big-ticket project work of about 100 Cr. or more individually or by forming joint ventures in highways, Railways Metros, Bridges, flyovers, and Mass housing project. The company has required expertise manpower, and technologies to complete such works.
